Una tappa imperdibile per chi visita il meraviglioso Borgo Parrini! Sicilia Stret Food è un piccolo gioiello: il proprietario è di una cordialità unica, ti fa sentire subito a casa con il suo sorriso e la passione per la cucina tipica siciliana. Il cibo? Freschissimo e preparato al momento, con ingredienti genuini che raccontano la tradizione. Un plauso speciale alle due ragazze che lavorano lì, di una gentilezza rara , una delle due è anche la figlia(Gaia) del proprietario, e si vede che questo locale è gestito con amore. Assolutamente da provare i dolci: i cannoli siciliani sono tra i migliori mai assaggiati, e la cassatina di ceci e cioccolato è una vera scoperta, una delizia! Consigliatissimo, il top! Posto perfetto anche per un pranzo al volo, a conduzione familiare con personale davvero squisito e gentile. Per non parlare del cibo.. sia salato che dolce tutto delizioso, cannoli top.
